We are releasing the Mini Touch 700 as an alternative to the Lilliput EBY701 and 629GL. Although Lilliput makes a good monitor now we regularly get the same two complaints over and over: they are not bright enough and they don't actually support the native 800 x 480 resolution. When we designed the MT 700 we wanted to make sure we addressed those issues while keeping all of the features that Lilliput offers including Auto switching for rear view cameras, Auto power on, and LED backlights. To deal with the low brightness we added a 450 Nit high bright LCD panel for a 50% increase over standard Lilliput models. When it came to the resolution issue the choice was clear we had to use a video controller chip that actually supports the native panel resolution of 800 x 480. Now obtaining the ideal resolution is no longer a struggle.
Technical specifics:
